| 法兰的冷锻是在低温铸造时，法兰的尺度改动很小。在700℃以下铸造，氧化皮构成少，并且表面无脱碳现象。因此，只需变形能在成形能范围内，冷锻容易得到极好的尺度精度和表面光洁度。只需操控好温度和光滑冷却，700℃以下的温锻也能够获得极好的精度。 Cold forging of flange is a process of low temperature casting, and the size of flange has little change. Casting below 700 C has less oxide scale and no decarbonization on the surface. Therefore, as long as the deformation energy is within the range of forming energy, cold forging can easily obtain excellent scale accuracy and surface finish.
