①将所选原资料钢材放入中频电炉熔炼，使钢水温度到达1600－1700℃；
① put the selected raw material steel into medium frequency electric furnace for smelting, so that the temperature of molten steel reaches 1600-1700 ℃;
②将金属模具预加热到800－900℃坚持恒温；
② preheat the metal mould to 800-900 ℃ and keep constant temperature;
③起动离心机，将进程①中钢水写入进程②中预热后金属模具；
③ start the centrifuge, write the steel water in process ① into the metal mold after preheating in process ②;
④铸件天然冷却到800－900℃坚持1－10分钟；
④ natural cooling of casting to 800-900 ℃ for 1-10 minutes;
⑤用水冷却至挨近常温，脱模取出铸件。
⑤ cool with water to near normal temperature, demould and take out the casting.
